What’s up everybody, I hope you’ve been having a great week. We are getting pretty excited as we get closer and closer to opening and can’t wait to start training with you. Let’s start talking Methodology..
There are 10 General Physical Skills that we use to help guide our program and that we as CrossFitters are always looking to improve. These 10 Physical Skills come to us from the creators of the Dynamax balls (the ones we use for Wallball) Jim Crawley and Bruce Evans, and can also be found in the CrossFit Journal.
1. Cardiovascular/Respiratory Endurance
2. Stamina
3. Strength
4. Flexibility
5. Power
6. Speed
7. Coordination
8. Agility
9. Balance
10. Accuracy
Over the next few weeks, we’ll dive into each of these in more detail but I wanted you all to see them and start mentally highlighting where you think your strengths are and where you believe your weaknesses to be.
When are doors open we’re hitting the ground running… and jumping… and lifting so tell your friends and get ready to test your strengths and your perceived weaknesses.
