"I've lost almost 5 pounds"


Over the past 2 months I’ve lost 5 pounds, gained .5 pound of muscle and lost 2.6% body fat. But I’m not sure I would have known the difference just seeing my body everyday since I don’t own a scale myself. Ive felt leaner and seen some abs but nothing caught my eye, knowing my body composition matters and makes a difference in tracking progress.
