The Importance of Play.
One of the greatest things about living in Colorado is that we have a wonderland of adventure at our finger tips. Doesn’t matter if it’s Spring, Summer, Winter or Fall. We have the ability to play anytime of year. But how often do you allow yourself to REALLY Play? Many of you have activities that you do FOR fun, but are they really as fun as they should be?
Make sure you allow yourself to Play, have fun, be silly, do things you love but haven’t done in forever. It’s too easy to let life pull you away from the things you truly enjoy. When we throw cartwheels into our training sessions, not only are we getting you comfortable being upside down and prepping you for walking on your hands but we’re throwing in a little Play time. I don’t care how old I get, when I want to have a little play time, I’m gonna act like a big kid. How about you?
