Goal Setting sessions are very useful to consider on a quarterly or bi-annual basis. We consider a wide range of health fundamentals in our discussion. Not all goals need to be fitness focused but can also be very specific to one fitness achievement you'd like to work toward. Come with an open mind and we'll maximize your time.

Utilizing advanced bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) technology, these scans provide accurate data to track changes over time, personalize fitness and nutrition strategies, and monitor progress towards health and fitness goals. Body Building
Take a step back from high intensity conditioning workouts and focus on functional movements combined with bodybuilding concepts. In a four or six week segments, we focus on quality of movement, motor control and muscle growth to improve overall athleticism and aesthetics.

Do you need some time outside of the gym to focus on some specific goals? Several of our coaches offer personalized programming that you can take with you anywhere in the world! With their excellent understanding of technique and desire to help you achieve your goals, let us create a program that will work for you.

Our Vantage kids classes are specifically designed for children and teenagers. We incorporate the latest research and methodologies to craft a very effective youth program. Our mission is to get kids excited about movement, we aim to make fitness fun and safe for your children, while teaching a love for exercise, nutrition and what their bodies are capable of!
