Group Training
Classes
Every WOD offers five different tracks so each workout is approachable for every type of athlete.
We want you coming back day-after-day!
In our one-hour group classes, participants will be led by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness:
Mobility drills & pre-habilitation improve and restore joint mobility, function and range of motion
Dynamic warm-up prepare the body for the workout, a specific warm-up to prime specific muscle groups for that day's workout
A strength or skill portion
Workout of the Day (WOD)- the conditioning aspect of the class

Weekly
Barbell Class
A strength program designed in conjunction with our Group program to strengthen individuals personal weaknesses. This specialty class is offered weekly and is included with all of our monthly memberships.
Personal Training
Options
Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to see the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically designed for your current fitness level and your personal goals.

Foundations
Program
The purpose of our foundations program is focused on teaching you the foundational movements we use in group training and to prepare you to enter into group classes safely and successfully. We offer personal training sessions followed by the baseline opportunity to train three days a week, offering you the best option possible for results.
Open Gym
Option
If you are confident and comfortable in our gym, you are welcome to take advantage of an open gym dedicated time three days a week. This time is not coached, but you can make use of the space and equipment.

Fearless Over
50 Classes
Fearless Over 50 is a program designed for people aged 50+ who want to get fit and stay fit, for the long term. Workouts are designed to focus on weight loss, enhancing cardio capacity, and building strength and endurance. If you're looking for connection with others your age who are seeking an active lifestyle, this fun community of people has space for you!
Nutrition
Coaching
Our approach is built for athletes and active individuals who want to fuel performance, recover smarter, and build lean muscle. We emphasize whole foods and high-protein, nutrition to support training demands, while helping you develop a sustainable, flexible mindset around food. No food group is off-limits here. Together we will focus on fueling,
not fearing, food—so you can hit your goals in the gym and feel good doing it. Whether you're lifting heavy, chasing a PR, or just training hard for life, we’ll tailor your nutrition to match your lifestyle.
