Today was an AMAZING day as a coach. Seeing all of you push yourselves so hard for an extended period of time was truly rewarding. Today also saw numerous people get thru their first full WOD doing HSPU on the wall. F’ing AMAZING again, especially with all that you had already done.
We are very proud of all of you. AND, we are VERY proud to call you our athletes.
