Specific: Deadlift Prep (Single Leg, Good Mornings, Weighted DL Holds)

Strength: Deadlift 5×2

RX: Partner WOD:
AMRAP 9mins
P1: 5 Deadlifts + Hold
P2: 10 Burpees

*Partner 1 does all 5 deadlifts and starts holding. Partner 2 then begins their 10 burpees. Then Switch.
