When Amanda and I started Vantage, we were coming from a background in personal training. Now, when your goal is to help people improve their lives, personal training can be great until you realize that you can only help so many people in a day. So what did we do, we decided to open a gym, a place where we could provide Personal Training in a group setting.
On the surface, we’re a gym, another entity in the fitness industry. We offer group classes, personal training and a host of specialty programs to help people achieve results. But what you won’t find on a Google search is that we’re actually in the people business.
Our why is bigger than our what. We believe that we can make a positive change on your lifestyle. We meet our people where they are and start building from there. People that have been exercising for years- great we’ve got something that will challenge you and help you improve. Has your fitness journey been more of a roller coaster? No problem, we’re great at navigating that. Never stepped foot in a gym before? That’s cool, we’ve got a great place to be your first.

Yes, we’ve got people who are living the dream and excited to have the ability to train, we’ve got people that are focused and training to compete in bigger arenas. We also have mom’s and dad’s who need a break from life and want to do something for themselves for an hour. People that are out of shape and fighting battles just to walk through the doors.
We’re in this to work with you, to help you improve, to get you results and outcomes that you want and some you didn’t know you needed. No one's story is exactly the same and no one's journey has the same turns. And we’re in it with you.

Mon-Fri: 5am - 5:30pm
Sat: 8:30am - 10:30am
