I was born and raised in Wisconsin where my love of athletics was fostered from an early age. I went from playing every sport available, to focusing on swimming at the age of twelve. I went to college at UIC in Chicago where I swam four years and end capped my career as team captain. During that time, I developed a close relationship with my athletic trainer and continued to train with him and his personal training clients once swimming was over. After a year or so of continuing to train with him at the college, he opened his own CrossFit gym down the street. Turns out I had been doing CrossFit for a year without realizing it. Since then, my husband and I moved to Colorado, where CrossFit continues to be a big part of our lives.

I am excited to start my journey as a CrossFit coach at Vantage Movement where community is everything. I look forward to sharing my unique experience from high level athleticism through motherhood and continuing to pursue knowledge as my fitness journey continues to evolve.

My goal in coaching is to empower athletes at every stage of their health and wellness journey. No matter where athletes are now; whether it be a high level CrossFit athlete, a weekend warrior, or entering a gym for the first time- I aim to support, encourage, and challenge them to learn and grow as their lives evolve and present new challenges.
