Born and raised in Southern California with a younger brother, I grew up pretty active with both baseball and Tae Kwon Do at a competative level. Only weighing 120lbs by the ending of my senior year of high school I was determined to play baseball at the college level. After many months of training I was told by the head coach of a college team that I was “too small” and needed to gain some weight. Hoping to find a way to gain some weight/muscle to continue playing baseball, is when my old travel baseball coaches introduced me to CrossFit. I was hooked ever since I did my first WOD in the summer of 2009 and decided to end my baseball career to pursue a life of health/fitness.

My goal as a coach is to help others pursue their goals, and to show them that they can achieve anything they want physically and mentally.
