  • Review of running drills
  • Efficiency with form
  • Performance workout for strength portion
  • Information on the program

 

8 Week Program Details:

February 29th, 2016 – April 25th, 2016
Cost: $250/8 week program ($32/week, less than $9/day)

  • 2 coached strength days
  • 2 coached running days/3 programmed days
  • Programmed running/swimming/biking
  • Continued programming after the 8-weeks ends
