Foundations Training

If you’ve never experienced functional fitness training, our Foundations course will give you all of the tools you need to join group classes safely with knowledge, comfort and confidence. Our Foundations course is done one-on-one with a Vantage Movement Coach so you get the best personalized training you need to achieve results.

Group Training Class

Expert coaching in a fun and challenging, community environment. No matter your fitness level, we can help you with state of the art workout equipment in a clean, comfortable gym. Flexible class scheduling ensures every member has access to what you need to accomplish your goals.

Fearless Over Fifty

In our Fearless Over 50 class, you’ll be working out with your peers as part of our over 50 community. You’ll laugh, you’ll play! Most importantly, you’ll get fit, all while using the most effective movements designed for your body.

Personal Training

If you want to fast track your fitness program, working with a Vantage Movement Personal Trainer is the best way forward. Achieve the results you want with customized workouts, advice and encouragement.
