Vantage Capacity

Vantage Capacity is our primary group training program dedicated to increasing your capacity both in body and mind! You will be led by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness from beginning to end with a variety of fitness tracks to follow based on your goal! This class combines strength training, body weight movement and cardio endurance to make healthier happier humans!
