Ok, so with the National Election coming to a close tonight and one of the hot topics being Health Care, I wanted to share this story with you.
This is Connell, he’s in his 60’s and has been CrossFitting with me for the last 3+ years. He was with me when CrossFit Vantage was still just a dream we were working toward.
Recently, Connell decided to pull 235# off the floor to full hip extension. He bested his previous PR by 20#. I’m not telling you all this to brag on ourselves, that can come later, I’m telling you all this because the man is in his 60’s and CrossFitting because it’s the cheapest form of health care he’s found.
Over the past three years, we’ve seen Connell make massive gains in strength and stamina. (Don’t go skiing with him unless you’re ready to push it) His Range of Motion and mobility has improved tremendously, and he’s more durable then he’s been in years.
