Vantage Capacity is our primary group training program dedicated to increasing your capacity both in body and mind. This class combines barbell and bodyweight movements with cardio vascular endurance. We aim to increase your physical and mental capacity to become a healthier, happier humans.
What to expect:
You will be lead by our expert coaches through multiple phases of fitness from beginning to end!
Mobility & Warm up to restore joint function and range of motion.
Strength or Skill development.
Ending with Lung Capacity workout.

We offer variety of fun and challenging options within this class that can be mixed and matched to meet any fitness goal.
One thing Vantage Movement does differently is provide written “Options” for every workout. The “Options” are scaled down versions of the workout. This is a simple way for you to scale the workout according to your ability and goals for that day. Our coaches are highly skilled at helping folks scale up or down in order to get the most out of their workout.
