This program is designed to set all new members up for success! This program is a requirement to get started in our group training classes for those without barbell experience or a great refresher for those who need a little help with their movements.
What is it? Vantage 101 is five one on one sessions with a coach . During these sessions you will learn the proper technique to keep you safe, learn the lingo and get a taste of the workouts.
