Our Foundations Program is designed to set all new members up for success! This program is a requirement to get started in CrossFit Classes for those without CrossFit experience or a great refresher for those who need a little help with their movements.
What is it? We conduct our foundations program with five one on one sessions with a coach. During these sessions you will learn the foundational movements of CrossFit, learn proper technique to keep you safe, learn the lingo and get a taste of the workouts. This program is 6 weeks long, after all five sessions have been completed the remainder of time include free Unlimited CrossFit Classes. Want to learn more, use schedule link!
