What is Vantage BirthFit?
This is a movement, in partnership with BirthFit South Denver.
It’s about expecting and postpartum moms taking charge of their bodies and their decisions, and supporting one another’s journeys through the motherhood transition.
If you are pregnant, it’s time to train for the biggest event of your life. If you have just had your baby, or it’s been a few months- it’s time to heal your body, mind, and soul.
In this twelve-session group training series, you will:
-Honor your postpartum or pregnant body.
-Establish and build on a solid core foundation.
-Wake up your posterior chain.
-Enhance your posture through safe, effective functional -movements that transfer into everyday life tasks.
Come prepared to move, sweat, and connect with other moms. Each session includes a Warm Up, Strength, Conditioning, and Accessory Work. No previous experience necessary, appropriate for all levels.
**Non-mobile babies welcome. Limited spaces available.
