In the relentless pursuit of EVERYTHING, we overlook the LITTLE things, Be it in the gym, finding a new range of motion in the squat or going overhead, a little bit quicker recovery time in between efforts, pulling yourself under the bar in a clean. Or be it in your Life. The coffee mug you got as a gift and use everyday, the view of the mountains in the sunrise, co-workers you like and get along with.

The days keep moving faster and faster, the weeks are flying by and pretty soon another season has passed. Remember to take a second, enjoy the little things, enjoy the subtle details of your life, I’m pretty sure there are some beautiful things you might not be seeing.
