Yea, I know this one didn’t make it up on time, I got preoccupied with Joe and X at the Winter WODFest. Great Job to both of them and their effort this weekend. Competing in a CrossFit Event isn’t a walk in the park, it is both physically challenging and a test of mental fortitude. Thankfully many of you showed up in support of our athletes. If you’ve ever competed, you know how big a difference it makes when you have a strong support system around you. It makes the victories sweet and the losses suck a little less. We are a young gym with a bright future ahead of us. It is encouraging to know that already we have such a strong support and that when and if you ever choose to compete, in anything, You too will know what it’s like to be surrounded by a community that supports you.
