Participation doesn’t require you to get a perfect score or to completely change your life on the first try. Rather, participation is about progress — joining up and taking small steps. You can start by making small changes, eating a little better, making your exercise a bit more consistent, trying to get more sleep. You’ll find that the changes build on each other, and with each success, you’ll get closer and closer to the ideal. No one expects a perfect score or a lack of slip-ups. We just want you to participate in the journey.

KickStart Meeting- January 21st- day we will host a Kickstart Meeting at CrossFit Vantage at 11:15am where we will discuss the rules, answer questions and do measurements and weigh ins!
Who: Anyone looking to improve or master their habits on Nutrition, Exercise and other vital factors. I’ve done it 3 times, each time I up the ante and customize it to help me hone in on a habit, each time i see more consistency and progress. It’s for new folks looking to improve and folks who feel like they have a grip- We can customize it to meet your needs.
