First Things First

What’s up everybody, I hope you’re having a great day.  I wanted to introduce myself and create this first post to give you an idea about what we do at CrossFit Vantage.

When I sat down to write this post, I was first going to talk about the goals, methodology, and implementation of our program.  Then I was going to tell you about our training philosophy.  But what I realized was that you really can’t put the experience you get with us into words.

Your experience is just that, Your Own.  It is different for everyone of our athletes now and will be different for you as well.  We’ll get to the goals, methodology, philosophy, and implementation, but for now I want to say we can’t wait to meet you and be with you as you experience CrossFit Vantage.
