Many of us share these feelings, some put words to thought some keep it tucked away like their first Playboy. We like to take action to thought. Goals, Reasons, it doesn’t matter what you call them. They are all Thoughts.
It’s great to have thoughts, I have a ton every day. My wife hates how much I think. What my wife loves is when I put action to thought and buy her the Flowers on the way home from the gym. Thinking is a great start, but without taking Action nothing will get done.

We are a place where you come to take action. No matter what the thought behind it may be. Weight loss, Improved Sports Performance, Show-off, Justifying the Beer and Pizza, Look better Naked. Unless you act on it you’ll be the same place or worse the next time you have that thought. Come take part in creating an Improved and Stronger self. A faster and leaner you.
