Chris has been coaching people in exercise for the last 14 years. He’s trained clients in scenarios ranging from basements to garage gyms and he’s worked with people in large large gyms to small training studios.  He has helped hundreds of  athletes see the lifestyle changes they desired.

Chris has a passion for working with people to improve their overall fitness and working with them towards specific goals. Chris has helped create an environment of success for any client that is willing to learn.
