In our Fearless Over 50 class you’ll be working out with your peers as part of our over-50 community. You’ll laugh! You’ll play! And, most importantly, you’ll get fit-all while using the most effective movements designed for your body, at your age.
Fearless Over 50 will help build strength, build endurance, and enhance cardio capacity, all while performing movements that are designed specifically for an older individual.
Our certified Fearless Over 50 staff has extensive experience coaching clients up to 80 years old, with a specialized focus on fun and safety.
Everyone in our Fearless Over 50 class works out together. That means you have a built-in network of accountability partners, and a chance to make new friends.
