It’s for those who want to progress from who they are to who they want to become.
Our Body classes are a 1 hour long progressive training program to help our members shed body fat, improve stamina, sweat more than they thought possible, improve core strength, learn cool human tricks for showing off at parties.
It will use bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, all forms of cardio.
Vantage Body is for people of all ages, shapes and abilities that want to improve their fitness, take a step back from the barbell, or just get away from life for an hour and workout hard.
You will be surrounded by a community of people and professional to help get you where you want to go and have fun on the way.
