"It has shifted the way I see the world"

What kind of positive affect has CrossFit had on you and your life? 
Crossfit has added so many things into this world of mine.  It really has made me stronger.  It has also shifted so much about how I see the world. I remember the first time I saw someone do a muscle up in the gym 4 years ago and I though “I will never be able to do that.”  Movement upon movement, day upon day you work and step forward and a few months back I actually got my first muscle up! It was the same way with double-unders, T2B, Pull-ups….  All the things that I didn’t think were possible are now a part of what I can do. I don’t think I say to myself any more “I’ll never be able to do that,” because I have learned that I actually CAN do a whole hell of a lot more than I ever thought was possible.
