The Paleo Challenge: Recap Part Deux

Thank you to Everyone that came to the Epic Cheat Meal today at Steuban’s. There is no better way to spend a Saturday than in the company of good friends.

The way we judged this Challenge was originally going to be based off advanced algorithms and a formula that could only be deciphered with NASA type technology. Then I remembered I’m not an Astrophysicist and we decided to base it strictly off of weekly acquired points. You got points for

1. Eating Real Food
2. No Dairy
3. No Legumes
4. No Sugar
5. No Grain
6. No Processed Food
7. No Alcohol

and you could receive bonus points for getting 8.5 hours of sleep and Training with us at CrossFit Vantage.

Each Week we totaled your scores and the person with the highest total at the end of the Four weeks was The Paleo Challenge Winner. So without further adieu, your top place finisher is
