WOD on the Road

Short on time long on stress? Let us help!  No worries! Try these anywhere workouts, i promise with the right intensity you’ll get a great workout!

First, The night before plan out your day.  Try to block out 10-15 minutes where you know you can have a few feet of space and some time.  Second, Excuse yourself from the family, the TV, the endless supply of Food and Drink.  Third, Get After It.  

WOD 1 “All the Gravy”

5x

Run 3mins then

3x

5 burpees

10 lunges

*repeat

WOD 2: “Eat the Cake”

AMRAP 20mins

6 shuttle sprints (50’)

30 air squats

15 sit-ups

30 push-ups

15 sit-ups
